Holosun EPS MRS 2 MOA
Holosun EPS is an enclosed red dot optic with a very small form factor. Typically seen on handguns but can be used on a rifle typically seen in the off set / piggy back configuration. My preferred pistol optic of choice by far.
Holosun 407c X2 - Dot Only
While I highly recommend an enclosed sighting system, open emitter red dots do come in much cheaper. Requires daily cleaning with a Q-Tip, but they have served the community well for over a decade.
Trijicon RMR 3.25 MOA
For those who don't mind paying the extra coin for an American made optic, the RMR really is the OG & set the standard when it comes to "Duty Rated" open emitter handgun optics.
Aimpoint ACRO P-2 3.5 MOA
Likely the most durable enclosed red dot designed for handguns on the market & American made. Bomb proof & some of the cleanest glass in the industry, the ACRO has been popular with military and law enforcement since their conception.

Prism optics tend to be great with people who have less than perfect vision. Clear glass with a super crisp reticle the Micro Prism from Primary Arms does a great job at emulating a Red Dot as a Prism.

Prism optics tend to be great with people who have less than perfect vision. While they do tend to have less than ideal eye relief, their mounts tend to help by pushing the optic closer to the users eye.

This 5x magnifier from EOTECH, offers the user magnification when the user wants it, & can be flipped to the side or center when not in use. Has 2x more than the G33 but comes with a slightly reduced eye relief.
Vortex Micro Magnifier - 3x
Weighing in at only 6.9oz and 9.55 including the mount, this option from vortex has a minimal footprint. Great for those who have limited rail space or just want something with an overall form factor. Backed by Vortex amazing warranty.
